Scope of this page

What the official Beautiful Light listings and FAQ establish about Windows, consoles, Linux, macOS, and cloud gaming.

Steam's system requirements are for Windows 10, and Epic lists Windows as the platform. Together, those official distribution pages establish Windows as the currently published client platform and distribution path.

The Deep Worlds FAQ mentions PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X only as possibilities if the game succeeds on PC. It gives no console date. The same FAQ says cloud gaming is not planned for the moment.

Linux and macOS are not established by the distribution pages consulted for this record. That is a boundary of the available sources, not a claim that the game can never support them.

Current listing

Windows is the published client platform

The two current distribution pages both publish Windows in their platform information. Steam exposes Windows 10 system requirements, while Epic names Windows as the platform.

  • Steam

    Windows 10 system requirements

  • Epic Games Store

    Platform: Windows

  • Current distribution record

Windows is established by both official listings

Conditional plans

Console and cloud wording remains conditional

The FAQ considers PS5 and Xbox Series X if the PC version succeeds, but publishes no date for either console. It also says cloud gaming is not planned for the moment. These are planning statements, not current availability claims.

  • PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X

    Considered conditionally; no date published

  • Cloud gaming

    Not planned for the moment

Source boundary

Unlisted is not the same as impossible

Linux and macOS are not established by the Steam and Epic distribution pages used here. The page records that source boundary without turning it into an absolute compatibility or incompatibility statement.

Evidence statement: Steam's current product page lists Windows 10 system requirements and Epic's current listing names Windows as the platform. The official Deep Worlds FAQ says PS5 and Xbox Series X are being considered if the game succeeds on PC, without a date, and that cloud gaming is not planned for now. The consulted distribution pages do not establish Linux or macOS; this absence is not an absolute incompatibility claim.

Boundary

Editorial boundary

Steam and Epic list Windows. The official FAQ treats PS5 and Xbox Series X as conditional possibilities with no date and says cloud gaming is not planned for now. Linux and macOS are not established by the consulted distribution pages; that is not proof of absolute incompatibility.
