Scope of this page
The authorities Beautiful Light Base accepts for publication, how they are ranked, and how they are watched.
Authority is decided by what a source does, not by how well known it is. A page that shows the game, a page that states something and names its own source, and a page that states something without one are three different levels.
Rumours, leaks, and unattributed material are excluded whatever their origin. The reason for each exclusion is recorded rather than left implicit.
What a source does decides its level
The same publisher can be an authority on one field and a reporter on another. The level travels with the statement, not with the brand.

Primary authority
The studio and the storefronts, for the fields they display themselves — identity, listed dates, platforms, language tables, and their own announcements.

Reported
Third parties who state something and can be named, and historical official statements whose scope is dated and conditional.

Channel ownership
Directories the studio points to establish which accounts are official, at the date they were read. They do not make the content of those accounts authoritative.

Excluded
Rumours, leaks, inference presented as fact, and captures without provenance. Recorded with the reason, never published.
A source can be rewritten without warning
Every qualified page is fingerprinted, and the fingerprint is re-checked so that a rewrite or a withdrawal is noticed. A page that refuses automated access is re-checked by hand and recorded as such, rather than counted as verified.
An unchanged fingerprint proves only that the extracted text is unchanged. It does not prove that a fact is true, and it does not prove who owns an account.
Game files would outrank every web page
No playable build of Beautiful Light has been extracted for this site. If one becomes available, its files enter the register at the highest level, above any storefront or article, because they are the game itself rather than a description of it.
